Terms & Conditions:

• The reservation of the conference room can be canceled free of charge up until two weeks prior to the event.
• In the event of a cancellation 7–14 days before the event, we charge 50% of the agreed catering and premises rent.
• In the event of a cancellation less than seven days before the event, we charge 100% of the agreed meals and premices rent.
• If the number of people in your reservation changes, please let us know at least seven days in advance.
• We also need information about special diets no later than seven days in advance.
